Hello and welcome, I am Esther Raphael — an executive coach and polyvagal-informed practitioner with over 10 years of experience helping people shift from a state of high stress, deep anxiety or overwhelm to actually feeling at ease and confident in themselves again.
4-Week Core Program Includes:
1 x 45-min 1:1 video ‘getting-to-know one another’ call with me
4 x 1 hour weekly live video sessions (lunchtime-friendly)
Weekly tools (prompts, nervous system practices)
Private WhatsApp group for optional reflections and support
Cohort Size: Max 9 people (small enough for safety, big enough for shared insight)
To Note…
This is a small cohort to maximise the learning and to benefit from a shared community.
No one is obliged to share or talk.
My preference is to have cameras on as this offers context and creates safety for myself and fellow participants - however, if this feels unsafe then you’re welcome to keep them off.
There will be no recordings or AI note taking - confidentiality is a non negotiable.
