How it runs
- Every week: the same day or days with your people, on site or online. 1:1s are booked directly with me, plus an open session for real-time support when stress, conflict or anxiety flares.
- Every month: a team session tailored to what’s coming up in your organisation.
- Month 1, Notice: listening, mapping where pressure builds, and agreeing how we’ll measure progress.
- Month 2, Return and Rewrite: regular coaching, quicker resolutions when tensions flare, and new responses practised in real situations.
- Month 3, Repeat and review: new habits embedded across teams, then a themes review with leadership against the measures we agreed. Overall patterns only, never personal details.
- After that: continue month by month, with a themes review every three months.
